NFT Interest Rate Model
The NFT interest rate model is in general inherited from that of the ERC20 as detailed in the Liquidity and Interest Rates on ERC-20 Fungible Tokens page. Note that the interest rate model is defined per borrowable pool of a collection, and the utilization of the pool is calculated as the ratio between total borrowed number of NFTs and the total number of NFTs deposited to the borrowable pool.
