The NFT interest rate model is in general inherited from that of the ERC20 as detailed in the page. Note that the interest rate model is defined per borrowable pool of a collection, and the utilization of the pool is calculated as the ratio between total borrowed number of NFTs and the total number of NFTs deposited to the borrowable pool.
