DOT Crowdloan Refund Guide (project expired case)
Parallel Finance offers a robust crowdloan pallet that allows participants to contribute to Polkadot parachain auctions through the platform. It is one of the numerous ways our users can compound their rewards and have greater capital efficiency.
In the situation where a user supports a project and the project crowdloan expires on Polkadot, we will mint DOT for users on our chain and they can see the DOT balance on the Wallet/Overview section of our dapp suite. The process is explained below:

- 2.Click on “App” at the top right-hand corner of the page to direct you to the platform’s DApp suite.
3. It will automatically redirect you to the overview/wallet page
4. Next, click the “Connect Wallet” button and you’ll see your DOT on the Relaychain Balance
What Next?
Wondering what you can do with your refunded DOT?
You can contribute to available projects on the Crowdloan pallet to earn more yield:
- 1.Select Crowdloan on the top bar and choose your desired project to contribute your DOT.
2. Supply your DOT to the liquidity pool via Parallel Swap to earn an additional yield

- 2.Click on the liquidity tab and select add liquidity to add your DOT to the pool.
